A 3 DAY workshop on guiding you to bring out your greatness, to start seeing yourself as that version of yourself that you wish to become.

Here's a little secret....

She is already inside you. You don't become a different person just because you accomplish some goals and acquire some things or a lot of things.

You with all your goals achieved, the happiest, most confident, fearless version of you is already inside, buried underneath patterns of beliefs; your paradigms, that are holding you back from being her now.

What's a paradigm?

As per Bob Proctors description, it is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over your habitual behaviour. Change the paradigm and everything will change.

Start to see yourself as that version of yourself you wish to become.

Become a more confident

and fearless self.

Hey there! It's Aleks Jelenic.
I want to explain where the name of this workshop came from because it was a significant moment that created a shift in my own self image.

I call this workshop "THE WOMAN IN THE RED DRESS" because there was a time in my life when I tried to dim my own light, I tried to blend in and not be noticed because of my lack of confidence, because of my limiting beliefs and my fears. Because I didn't really like who I was or how I was behaving. I wore colours that didn't stand out so that I wouldn't be noticed.

There was a workshop I attended with my colleagues back about 15 years ago and it was a Personality Profiling Workshop. Helps to know your clients personality type, right?

As the instructor was describing the different personalities I was trying to do the assessment to find out my type. As I read it, I felt like I got the boring type lol. The instructor also mentioned that my type would typically wear greytones, black and white and nutral colours as they do not like standing out.

Now, I want to point out there is no boring type or "bad" type but some descriptions sure make it seem that way to me. Not a fan of trying to categorize people by some of their personality traits. Also, people can change certain aspects of how they show up by changing how they see themselves. Anyways, on with my story.....

And when I saw a woman walk into the room, full of people, with a bright red dress and a big bright smile, confident, daring and fearless.... I decided that this is the way I wanted to feel about myself. I wanted to feel justas confident and happy. And so, my personal development journey began.

Now, 15 years later, I help women step into their power and stand tall, confident and shine bright.

I invite you to join me for this 3 day workshop to build your confidence, improve your self image and embody your Prosperous SELF; the version of you with all your goals achieved, the happiest self.
